ABOUT ABBACARE

Serving the Community with Unplanned Pregnancy Services and Resources Since 1988

AbbaCare is a free, non-profit medical pregnancy resource center that has been supporting women facing unplanned pregnancies in the Winchester area for over 30 years. Our compassionate services are trusted by our community, with more than 60% of new clients coming to us through recommendations from previous clients, friends, or family members.


In February 2020, we expanded our reach by opening a second location in Martinsburg, West Virginia, where we continue to provide the same high level of care and support.

About US

Our centers are comfortable, professional, and inviting, providing free and professional medical services which include pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, and STD/STI testing and treatment for the benefit of the patients and clients we are serving. We also provide free educational resources and referrals to our clients.


And because we never charge for any of our services, we never profit from any choice you make about your unplanned pregnancy. 


All of our services are provided without regard to age, gender, race, religion, income, or decision and are free and confidential.
